Awesome work Marisa!! You certainly became connected on a personal level to this project and I loved reading about your experience. I think if you address each aspect of your definition of "grassroots" and then connect each part to how CEI works, that would really clarify how el centro does function as a grassroots organization and then you may see where there are minor flaws (if any). Also, a critique of the volunteer system would be interesting. Maybe they should not actually allow anyone to volunteer because even when people have good intentions, they can have negative effects. Also, I found that the order that the pictures are placed is a bit random, but I love all the pictures, especially the one of you and Primi! Super chido work chica!
